June 16, 2026 marked the grand opening of the 15th Beijing National Defense Information Equipment & Technology Expo (CNTE2026) at the China International Exhibition Center (Chaoyang Hall). Centered on the theme of "Building a Platform for Supply-Demand Matching, Boosting Civil-Military Technology Integration", the expo focuses on fostering new productive forces and new combat capabilities, standing as a pivotal industry hub for civil-military technology transformation and in-depth exchanges between enterprises, universities and research institutes.
Spanning an exhibition area of 50,000 square meters, the event brings together nearly a thousand supporting manufacturers. A series of thematic seminars covering military intelligent manufacturing and civil-military new materials will be held concurrently. It is projected to attract over 40,000 professional visitors throughout the show, including more than 5,000 staff from military research institutes.
Nucleon showcased its full lineup of lifting machinery and integrated material handling solutions tailored for aerospace, high-end precision manufacturing and special production environments at the expo, engaging in technical discussions and supply-demand negotiations with research institutions and equipment manufacturers across various sectors.
Founded in 2005, Nucleon is a high-tech enterprise integrating customized lifting equipment R&D, intelligent manufacturing, installation and maintenance services. The company holds numerous independent patents and specialized R&D platforms, alongside authoritative certifications including nuclear industry quality management system accreditation and Green Factory credentials.
To address the stringent requirements for safety, cleanliness, intelligence and stable operation of lifting equipment in special workshops, the brand highlighted five core product series covering a wide range of special lifting scenarios:
01 NHC Series Electric Chain Hoists
Designed for transporting small and medium-sized precision workpieces, these hoists feature M4-M7 working duty and IP55 protection grade, with lifting capacities ranging from 80kg to 10 tons, compatible with diverse track types. The fully enclosed die-cast aluminum housing is paired with high-strength chains and a dual-clutch protection mechanism. Variable-frequency low-speed operation minimizes impact on delicate parts, making them widely adopted for precision component assembly and small-item lifting in laboratories.

02 NR Series Intelligent Wire Rope Electric Hoists
Engineered for precision assembly of medium and large components, this series is equipped with permanent magnet energy-saving motors. Its lightweight modular design fits low-headroom factories, covering lifting capacities from 3 tons to 80 tons. Built-in electronic anti-sway systems, multi-stage limit braking and load hold locking functions mitigate risks such as cargo swinging, hook slipping and over-hoisting. An embedded operation data acquisition module monitors equipment conditions in real time to enable early fault prediction, ideal for digital intelligent production lines.

03 Cleanroom Overhead Crane Series
Custom-built for dust-free precision workshops and component assembly laboratories, these cranes adapt to clean environments of different classes. Key structural parts are fabricated from anti-static stainless steel, matched with low-dust lubrication fittings to eliminate dust generation and oil leakage during operation. Stepless variable frequency speed regulation guarantees stable and accurate load positioning, perfectly suited for assembly of aerospace precision components and electronic parts.

04 BNR Explosion-Proof Lifting Equipment
Fully compliant with explosion-proof standards for special workshops, the product range includes explosion-proof chain hoists, explosion-proof single-girder overhead cranes and gantry cranes. All electrical components adhere to explosion-proof specifications, with dual mechanical and electrical braking systems and IP65 protection rating. The equipment runs reliably under fluctuating high and low temperatures and eliminates spark hazards during lifting operations.

05 Multi-Support Suspension Overhead Cranes
Optimized for large-span grid-frame assembly plants, the cranes feature balanced multi-point load bearing with a maximum span of 80 meters and lifting heights ranging from 3 meters to 30 meters. Lightweight main girders support synchronous linkage of multiple hoists to reduce tilting and swinging when hoisting extra-long special-shaped components, commonly used for assembly and maintenance of large cylinders and fuselage structures.

Beyond standard models, Nucleon delivers all-in-one customized lifting solutions based on clients’ workshop dimensions and workpiece parameters, covering on-site surveys, simulation design, production delivery and regular maintenance. Self-developed core components support the localization needs of advanced equipment production lines.
Nucleon’s marketing and technical teams were stationed at the exhibition booth throughout the event. They explained the working advantages and real-world application cases of the company’s products to visiting guests, exchanged insights on the development trends of civil-military integrated intelligent manufacturing, collected industry lifting demands, and discussed cooperation intentions including bulk supply and exclusive customized equipment.
For years, Nucleon has continuously upgraded its cleanroom, explosion-proof and lightweight intelligent lifting machinery. Backed by fully compliant, reliable products and full-lifecycle supporting services, the enterprise provides robust lifting support for domestic high-end equipment and civil-military integration industries. Participation in CNTE2026 marks a key milestone for Nucleon to deepen its integration into the civil-military industrial ecosystem. Moving forward, the company will keep increasing investment in technical research and development, continuously optimize product performance, and deliver stable, dependable lifting equipment to fuel high-quality growth of dual-use civil-military technology industries.
