The 100 Ton Gantry Crane is a heavy-duty lifting solution designed for large-scale cargo handling and industrial material transportation. 100 Ton Gantry Crane Main Components

The structural design of the 100-ton gantry crane focuses on high strength, operational stability and convenient control. Each major component works together to ensure safe lifting performance and efficient heavy-load operation.

Gantry Structure

The gantry frame is the main supporting structure of the crane and is manufactured from high-strength steel materials. According to different working conditions, the 100-ton gantry crane can be designed with truss-type or box-type structures.

The truss structure features lightweight design and excellent wind resistance, making it suitable for outdoor applications. The box-type structure provides higher rigidity and stronger load-bearing capability, making it ideal for heavy-duty lifting operations requiring maximum stability.

The supporting legs on both sides provide stable structural support. According to project requirements, cantilever designs can also be added to extend the working range and improve operational flexibility.

Trolley Mechanism

Installed on the upper crossbeam of the gantry structure, the trolley mechanism drives the lifting hook to move horizontally along the main beam.

The system adopts precision guide rails and reliable drive mechanisms to achieve smooth travelling, accurate positioning and low-noise operation, ensuring safe and efficient transportation of heavy loads.

Track System

The track system controls the travelling range of the entire crane and ensures stable movement during operation.

For rail-mounted gantry cranes, dedicated ground rails provide accurate positioning and stable operation. For rubber-tyred gantry crane models, high-strength tires replace fixed rails, allowing flexible movement and position adjustment in temporary operation areas or locations requiring frequent relocation.

Braking System

The braking system is an essential safety component controlling the start, stop and speed reduction of lifting and travelling mechanisms.

By preventing load slipping and uncontrolled movement caused by inertia, the braking system improves operational safety and reduces risks during heavy lifting operations.

Control System

The 100-ton gantry crane generally supports cabin control and wireless remote control operation modes.

The operator cabin provides a wide field of vision and is equipped with operating handles, monitoring instruments and safety control devices, allowing precise control of crane movements. Wireless remote control enables operators to operate the crane safely from a distance and provides greater flexibility in complex working environments.

Both control methods can be selected independently or combined according to actual project requirements.
