The 5 Ton EOT Crane (Electric Overhead Traveling Crane) is a medium-duty lifting solution designed for safe and efficient material handling in factories, warehouses, workshops, and manufacturing facilities. For special applications, truss-type girders are also available to improve wind resistance and structural stability. Before fabrication, steel plates undergo shot blasting and surface treatment to enhance corrosion resistance, while precision welding technology minimizes deformation and ensures long-term structural reliability.

The end carriage features a compact European-style design equipped with high-quality wheel assemblies and an integrated three-in-one drive system. This design offers smooth traveling, low operating noise, high transmission efficiency, compact dimensions, and reliable braking performance while simplifying installation and maintenance.

The hoisting mechanism consists of a lifting motor, brake, reducer, drum, wire rope, and hook block. A conical rotor brake motor provides high starting torque for frequent lifting operations, while the multi-stage helical gear reducer ensures stable power transmission. Overload protection and lifting limit switches are incorporated to improve operational safety and protect the equipment from overload conditions.

The traveling mechanism includes both trolley travel and bridge travel systems driven by reliable motors, reducers, and wheel assemblies. An optional variable frequency drive (VFD) system enables smooth acceleration, precise positioning, and reduced mechanical impact, extending the service life of the crane and improving handling accuracy.

The electrical control system is equipped with phase-loss protection, overload protection, anti-vibration contactors, and other safety devices to ensure stable operation. The electrical cabinet features a corrosion-resistant design with a well-organized internal layout for convenient inspection and maintenance. Flat cables, galvanized conductor rails, and cable trolley systems provide reliable power transmission throughout crane operation.
