The MH single girder truss gantry crane is a medium and small-sized track-mounted lifting equipment featuring a lightweight truss structure design. It mainly consists of a gantry frame, hoisting mechanism, traveling mechanism, and electrical control system.

The gantry frame includes the main beam, supporting legs, and lower crossbeam. The main girder adopts a truss structure, which provides high strength while reducing the overall weight of the crane. This design improves wind resistance, reduces foundation requirements, and makes transportation, installation, and maintenance more convenient.

The hoisting mechanism uses an electric wire rope hoist, such as CD1 or MD1 type, which runs along the lower flange of the main beam to complete vertical lifting and horizontal movement of materials. The crane supports both ground control and cabin operation, providing flexible operation options according to different working conditions.

With a lifting capacity range of 3-32 tons and customizable span configurations, the MH single girder truss gantry crane is suitable for indoor and outdoor material handling applications. It is especially suitable for open areas, windy environments, and sites with limited foundation conditions.
