QD Double Girder Overhead Crane is a widely used heavy-duty lifting equipment designed for efficient material handling in industrial environments. It mainly consists of two parallel main girders, a lifting trolley, crane traveling mechanism, and electrical control system.

The lifting mechanism of QD overhead crane adopts a hook as the lifting device. The trolley runs on rails installed above the main girders, allowing horizontal movement along the crane span direction. The main girders are connected with box-type end beams, which usually adopt a sectional design with bolts or pins in the middle. This structure makes assembly, disassembly, and transportation more convenient.

QD double girder bridge crane provides three operation methods for users to choose according to different working requirements, including ground pendant control, wireless remote control, and cabin operation.

The crane cabin is available in open and enclosed types. It is equipped with adjustable seats, insulated floor mats, and tempered glass windows to improve operator safety and comfort. According to customer requirements, additional configurations such as air conditioning, communication systems, and sound equipment can also be provided.

With a working class range of A3 to A7 and lifting capacities from 3 to 250 tons, QD overhead cranes are suitable for various heavy lifting operations. They are widely applied in factories, warehouses, freight yards, and other industrial locations for loading, unloading, and material transportation.

The crane is designed to operate under ambient temperatures from -20℃ to 40℃ with relative humidity not exceeding 85%. It is not suitable for environments containing flammable, explosive, or highly corrosive gases unless specially customized.
