YH series metallurgy electric hoist is a high-safety lifting equipment specially designed for lifting molten metal and other high-temperature materials in metallurgical environments. It is widely used in foundries, steel plants, smelting workshops, and other industries where reliable lifting performance under extreme conditions is required.

The hoist is equipped with multiple safety protection systems, including a double braking system, double limit protection, and heat insulation protection devices, ensuring stable and safe operation in high-temperature and high-risk working environments. Compared with standard CD1/MD1 electric wire rope hoists, the YH metallurgy hoist has been specially optimized for molten metal lifting conditions, with an additional independent safety brake installed on the drum to further improve operational reliability.

The YH electric hoist can be used together with LDY metallurgical single girder overhead cranes or installed independently on workshop suspension rails. With its compact structure, flexible installation options, and strong adaptability, it provides an efficient lifting solution for various metallurgical production processes.

Application Scenario

YH metallurgical electric hoists are mainly designed for lifting molten metal and heavy materials in high-temperature industrial environments. They are commonly operated by wireless remote control to improve operator safety. The equipment is not suitable for explosive environments, areas containing corrosive gases such as sulfuric acid, or applications involving toxic and flammable materials.

Foundries:
Used for lifting and transporting steel and iron ladles, pouring operations, and handling sand molds, castings, and other production materials.

Furnace Workshops:
Applied for furnace charging, molten metal transfer, waste material handling, and auxiliary lifting operations around furnace areas.

Smelting Plants:
Used for transporting raw materials such as ore and coke, as well as lifting finished products including steel ingots, aluminum ingots, and other metal products.

Metallurgical Production Lines:
Suitable for material transfer and equipment maintenance tasks requiring reliable lifting performance under high-temperature conditions.
