The Nucleon Hydraulic Gantry Crane is a self-propelled modular heavy lifting system developed for complex and demanding industrial lifting applications. Manufactured by Nucleon Crane, a professional crane manufacturer with more than 20 years of experience in heavy lifting equipment, this hydraulic lifting system provides reliable solutions with rated capacities ranging from 50 tons to 1,000 tons.

Different from conventional overhead cranes and fixed gantry cranes, the hydraulic gantry crane operates through ground rails or rubber-tired traveling systems, without depending on existing building structures. This allows flexible installation and deployment in outdoor yards, large workshops, construction areas, and other special working environments.

Equipped with a PLC-controlled synchronized hydraulic cylinder system, the crane achieves smooth lifting operation and high-precision positioning with millimeter-level accuracy. This makes it especially suitable for handling oversized cargo, precision equipment, and heavy industrial components where safety and accuracy are essential.

Each hydraulic gantry crane is customized according to specific project requirements and manufactured in accordance with international standards, including FEM 1.001, ISO 9001, EN 13001, and CE certification requirements.
