Application Scenario

The 10 Ton Overhead Crane is widely used in automotive manufacturing and precision engineering for handling stamping dies, engine components, molds, and production line parts. Equipped with variable frequency drive (VFD) technology, it provides smooth travel, precise positioning, and stable operation, making it ideal for high-frequency, multi-shift production environments.

In steel fabrication plants and heavy industrial workshops, the crane is designed to lift steel plates, structural sections, fabricated components, and heavy machinery. It can be configured with A4–A5 duty classifications, IP54 protection motors, and durable electrical systems to ensure reliable performance in dusty, humid, and demanding operating conditions.

For warehouses and logistics centers, the compact single-girder design and optional low-headroom configuration maximize hook travel within limited building heights. With spans up to 31.5 meters, the crane efficiently covers large storage areas, improving material handling efficiency while optimizing available warehouse space.

For ports, shipyards, and coastal facilities, the crane can be equipped with IP55 protection motors, hot-dip galvanized structural components, and marine-grade anti-corrosion coatings. Features

The 10 Ton Overhead Crane is equipped with advanced variable frequency drive (VFD) technology for smooth acceleration, deceleration, and stepless speed regulation. Operating speeds can be adjusted from 10% to 100%, allowing precise load positioning while minimizing impact on both the crane and lifted materials. This technology improves handling accuracy, enhances operational safety, and extends the service life of key mechanical components.

The main girder is fabricated from high-strength Q345B structural steel using full-penetration welding technology to provide outstanding rigidity and load-bearing performance. After Sa2.5 shot blasting and precision manufacturing, every girder undergoes strict quality inspection to ensure dimensional accuracy. Under A5 duty-class operation, structural deflection is maintained within L/800, ensuring long-term reliability and stable lifting performance.

A comprehensive safety protection system is integrated as standard, including overload protection, upper and lower lifting limit switches, bridge and trolley travel limit switches, polyurethane buffers, phase failure and phase sequence protection, as well as emergency stop buttons on both the pendant controller and electrical cabinet. These safety devices help ensure reliable operation and comply with international industrial lifting standards.

The crane supports span configurations from 7 m to 31.5 m to accommodate various workshop layouts and production facilities. Customized span designs are available based on building dimensions and operational requirements. Its modular structural design simplifies transportation, installation, future upgrades, and routine maintenance.

Optimized mechanical components help reduce maintenance requirements and operating costs. Sealed bearings minimize lubrication frequency, while the enclosed conductor rail system reduces cable wear and improves power transmission reliability. For CD1 and MD1 electric wire rope hoists, hardened drum grooves effectively extend wire rope service life, reducing downtime and ensuring long-term, cost-effective operation.
