LX Type Single Beam Suspension Crane is a lightweight overhead lifting equipment designed for factories and workshops where traditional column-supported overhead cranes cannot be installed. Unlike conventional bridge cranes, the end beams of this suspension crane run on the bottom flange of the runway beam, which is directly suspended from the building roof structure.
This design eliminates the need for ground support columns, making full use of the upper space of the workshop and improving the utilization efficiency of the working area. Due to its lightweight structure, the crane is mainly suitable for light-duty lifting applications, with a maximum lifting capacity generally not exceeding 10 tons.
The LX suspension crane is suitable for working environments with temperatures ranging from -25℃ to 40℃. It is not recommended for locations containing flammable, explosive, or corrosive materials. The crane complies with JB/T2603-94 technical standards, ensuring reliable performance, stable operation, and long service life.
The crane consists of a lifting hoist, single main girder, end beams, and electrical control system. Its compact structure features low overall height, small size, lightweight design, and reduced wheel pressure, making it especially suitable for workshops with limited installation space.
The operation modes include cable control and wireless remote control, allowing flexible operation according to different working conditions. The high-performance braking system with an anti-dust protection device provides stable braking performance and automatic adjustment, improving safety and reliability during operation.
