QDY Metallurgy Overhead Crane is a heavy-duty lifting solution specially developed for harsh metallurgical working environments, including steel plants, foundries, casting workshops, and non-ferrous metal production facilities.

Designed for extreme load handling and continuous operation, this crane adopts a robust double girder bridge structure equipped with main and auxiliary hook systems. It is capable of handling heavy loads up to 74/20 tons, making it suitable for demanding applications such as molten metal transportation, casting operations, forging processes, and steel production.

Manufactured according to international standards including ISO, FEM, and GB, the crane features high-temperature resistant components and reliable structural performance. Heat-resistant design enables stable operation in environments with ambient temperatures up to 50°C.

The crane adopts a closed-track traveling structure and high-strength steel components, providing excellent durability in dusty, humid, and high-temperature industrial conditions. With Class H insulation, IP55 protection, and advanced safety systems, QDY metallurgy cranes ensure reliable performance under A7/M7 heavy-duty working conditions.

The modular design allows flexible customization of crane span (10.5–31.5 m) and lifting height (up to 22 m) according to different plant layouts and production requirements.

For different lifting capacities, the crane can be configured with:

  • Electric hoist solutions for small tonnage applications (below 16 tons)

  • Specialized metallurgical trolley systems for heavy-duty lifting requirements (16 tons and above)

The traveling mechanism adopts a dedicated metallurgy-grade motor reducer, with optional variable frequency speed control systems for smoother operation and improved positioning accuracy.
